Hotel PMS Interfaces - Part 3

Continuing with the end of the hotel PMS interface series, featuring a few more external interface possibilities for hotel property management systems.


Digital Marketing

Digital and online marketing have become absolutely essential to the hospitality industry. Hotels and chains of all sizes have to keep in touch electronically with their customers, or risk losing them. This can be a big undertaking without automation, and a PMS directly interfaced with software created to handle digital marketing chores will streamline the task considerably. Phone & Voice Mail System

Channel management is another vital function which hoteliers must perform.
